Temple Emanuel of Andover is hiring an accompanist for the High Holy Days to accompany the Cantor, professional choir and a volunteer choir on select pieces. Ability to play both classical and contemporary styles (lead sheet and chords) is necessary. Own transportation is a must.
Rehearsals will begin mid July through mid September on Wednesdays and select Thursdays (evenings and some afternoons) and possibly a few Sundays (14 rehearsals total)
Performances are 6 services total on the following dates:
Friday evening, September 15th
Saturday morning, September 16th
Sunday morning, September 17th
Sunday night, September 24th
Monday morning and late afternoon/evening, September 25th
Honorarium $4200.
