The Director of Education implements and manages a robust series of music and arts related instructional-based and community-building programs for the Cape Symphony. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Instruction programs, the CS Preschool, The CS Dance Company, and the Cape Symphony Youth Orchestra Programs. The Director of Education will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision, strategy, and programming, fostering artistic growth, and creating transformative experiences for individuals of all ages within the community. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Education will work closely with a team of dedicated educators and administrators to ensure the success and expansion of our educational initiatives.
