Lamnth (Lilit Hartunian, violin, and Nicholas Tolle, cimbalom) concludes its debut season with four works by members of the Iranian Female Composers Association.

Different threads connected to Longy come together in this unique program in celebration of new works by members of the Iranian Female Composers Association. Featured composer Bahar Royaee is a composer in residence at Longy and Lamnth’s violinist Lilit Hartunian is a Longy alumnus (class of 2010 and first ever recipient of the Roman Totenberg Award for Academic and Artistic Excellence). Niloufar Nourbakhsh, Longy composition faculty, is a founding member of Iranian Female Composers Association (IFCA).
