‘This program explores the major defining moments of our lives. Tectonic is described as a “very significant or considerable change or development.” You may have also heard it described in the context of tectonic plates.
The earth’s outer crust is comprised of seven major tectonic plates and several minor plates. They all fit together like a puzzle. Tectonic shifts are “the movements of the plates that make up the Earth’s crust.”
Each of us has experienced personal tectonic shifts in our lives. The aspects and moments colliding together, as well as people and memories fading away and parting from your life: these moments are what makes us human.
Tonight I challenge you to think about the shifts in your life. What moments have defined you? What people have impacted you enough to make you alter what you were doing? How have these moments shaped you?
