Dedham School of Music is looking for a violin faculty member. The Candidate must have experience teaching students elementary aged through adult. Candidates would be teaching individual lessons and/or small group lessons. Dedham School of Music also looks for other skills/classes that can be taught, such as Composition, Music and Technology, Music Theory, Music and Social Justice, for example, as well as leading small ensembles. Lesson hourly rate: $43-$53 based on experience.
Qualifications:
– Music or music education undergraduate/graduate degree or relevant experience.
– Teaching experience required.
– Excellent rapport with children and their parents.
– Organized and able to keep accurate records.
– Authorized to work in the US.
