Boston City Singers seeks a passionate, driven Program Manager to oversee regular programming in Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, and Cambridge, as well as residencies in schools and other community organizations throughout Boston. As the main point of contact for all families in the Boston City Singers community, strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a warm, unflappable disposition are required. This role is seeking an exceptional interpersonal communicator with cultural sensitivity, that ensures every family feels informed, welcomed, and supported. The Program Manager will navigate scheduling, enrollment, and performance logistics with precision and grace, while also fostering a sense of belonging and community that reflects Boston City Singers’ commitment to equity, joy, and musical excellence. The individual in this position must be a driven administrator, strong communicator, and compelling writer. They should be a self-starter who needs little oversight and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
