02.07.19 Faculty Artist Recital: Cobus du Toit and Spencer Meyer: “Seductive Repartee”

The affect of A major has been described as the key signature that excels all the other keys in portraying sincerity of feeling. Come for a little friendly competition as both soloists vie with each other for the most alluring and succulent phrasing. Newly-appointed Director of Artistic Planning, Cobus du Toit, and pianist Spencer Meyr reimagines these two iconic string masterpieces with the use of the flute’s vocal quality.
