JCM Art Ensemble

JCM Art Ensemble led by saxophonist Charlie Kohlhase, will be studying and playing the music of two South African musicians and composers, Johnny Dyani and Abdullah Ibrahim. The band will also feature works by John Tchikai and Charlie Kohlhase, both of whom were directly influenced by Dyani and the sounds of African Jazz broadly.
