5.13.19 J.S. Bach “Peasant Cantata,” BWV 212

Members of the Historical Performance class will perform Bach’s witty and playful cantata, written to celebrate the appointment of a popular political figure. Intended to be performed in an intimate tavern setting, we will recreate the original atmosphere with cafe seating and snacks!
