A recital concert of American Art Song by two Longy School of Music Alumni, Robbie Milner and Kalden Alexander.

Robbie Milner (baritone) and Kalden Alexander (piano) invite you to a recital of poignant and revealing American Art-Song, featuring songs cycles by Chris DeBlasio and Virgil Thomson, as well as songs by John Harbison, Ned Rorem, and Ricky Ian Gordon. We would like to share the beauty of these American compositions which powerfully express themes of love, loss, joy and wonder — which speak to us all.

Longy’s performance are free and open to the public, but please register in advance.
