Divergent Studio | Divergent Portraits: Augusta Read Thomas

Divergent Studio’s second guest composer is Augusta Read Thomas, one of the most performed and influential composers of her generation. Though well known for her large ensemble and orchestral works, this evening’s concert will feature for quartet, trio, duo and solo performers, and place the audience around the performers, creating a rare opportunity to see craft and artistry of ‘a true virtuoso composer’ (The New Yorker) up and close.
