For this recital I tried to choose and mix classical repertoire, standard works for bass trombone and music by new and underrepresented composers.
My intention was to have really different music but connected in my recital with the goal of showing the flexibility and technical ability needed for the bass trombone today.
As well as the emotions and feelings and challenges experienced and in all these years on my music path and specifically in the journey made in these last two years in my master’s degree at Longy School of Music of Bard College.
