Steve Glaser, professor of piano at Ohio State University, presents “Encores…nothing but encores,” a program of audience favorites—enjoyable for one’s ears and mind—by Schubert, Chopin, Schumann, Debussy, and Liszt, in addition to a work by Paul Ben-Haim that is heavily influenced by Mediterranean music (Arab and Israeli) which captures the colors and sounds of that region. Throughout spring 2024, Glaser will perform this program throughout Ohio, the Midwest, Eastern United States and in Europe.
