She often participates in performances and vocal competitions. In 2015, she performed the Chinese art song “Red Bean song” at the Italian Embassy in China with Ronghui Liu. In 2015, she participated in the Asian Arts Festival in Thailand and performed the Italian song “Pur dicesti, o bocca bella”. In the same year, she participated in the performance of the Chinese folk song “My Heart” on Cai TV. In 2014, she participated in the recording of the Chinese art song “Spring Ballet” at the Shanghai Cai TV Spring Festival Gala, went to Vienna to participate in a vocal competition, and sang the Italian aria “Va godendo”. From 2012 to 2013, she participated in the Spring Festival Gala on Shanghai Cai TV Station and Zhumadian TV Station, and performed the songs “Lucky” and “Spring Ballet”.
Ziqi is a versatile music educator. She worked as a teacher of traditional Chinese music at the Boys and Girls Club in Alabama from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2016, she worked as a vocal teacher at the “Fragrant Green” High School in Beijing, China. From 2013 to 2015, Ziqi worked as a vocal teacher in Zhumadian No.1 Middle School. From 2012 to 2015, Ziqi worked as a choir teacher at Luohe High School. She teaches many students between the ages of 8 and 17. Through these teaching experiences, she has provided students with different interests with different educational models to help them achieve excellent vocal skills. Her professional ability and experience will definitely help those students who encounter setbacks in learning vocal music.
In addition to participating in music teaching, Ziqi often goes to bars as a resident singer in China. In her free time, she often communicates and learns with pop singers, and participates in the creation and production of pop songs with her friends.
Ziqi has a master’s degree in vocal performance from Longy and a scholarship; a master’s degree in music education from Auburn University, and a scholarship and a bachelor’s degree from the Chinese Conservatory of Music, and a scholarship. Her teachers include Corrie Byrne, Nancy Barry, Thomas Smith, Hsin Yi Lin, and Ronghui Liu.
